Tried to install sbcl and it crashed horribly when
trying to compile registered cmucl-source:

;
; caught ERROR:
; read error at 219:
; "(ext:file-comment/\"
; READER-ERROR at 220 on #<SB-SYS:FD-STREAM
; for "file
\"/usr/share/common-lisp/repositories/cmucl/src/pcl/gray-streams-class.lisp\""
; {90E34F5}>:
; package "EXT" not found
;
; compilation unit aborted
; caught 1 fatal ERROR condition
; caught 1 ERROR condition

stig@palomba(0:00)[~] 2252> dpkg -S
/usr/share/common-lisp/repositories/cmucl/src/pcl/gray-streams-class.lisp
cmucl-source:
/usr/share/common-lisp/repositories/cmucl/src/pcl/gray-streams-class.lisp

There needs to be some way to specify which compilers
a package can be expected to work for. The internal
cmucl source which also benefits from clc-use isn't
possible to use e.g with sbcl or clisp, and packages
with ffi can only be expected to work on those it
supports ffi for.
