#3 qtm-0.7: multiple bugs

1. This dialogue is shown on every start of QTM (even if preferenes is stored):

You do not have any preferences set, and QTM needs to know where to find your blog, and where to store your data.

Set these preferences now?

2. I can't post to wordpress.com, all account preferences is ok (categories refresh properly for example), but button and menu entry "Blog this!" is always disabled.

Both these are being addressed in a forthcoming release, due out in the next day or so.
