This issue may actually strictly be an issue at the
Union Project site, but I'm not sure. I've seen things
like it before, but usually I've been able to control
it via CSS.
So, all the rows for all the templates at the Union
Project site are 741px wide. When you preview any of
the templates, you'll see that all the rows match up.
Nothing is misaligned. Yet, when the template is
applied to an actual page with content in the content
area, the content area sticks out to the right of all
the rows by 2-3 pixels.
I've tried putting in a negative right margin for the
content area, I've tried to see if changing the
alignment of the actual rows in the pages would help.
I've changed the width of the rows in the content area
in the pages. I've changed the width of the row with
the content area in it in the template. None of this
helps. The content area gets smaller if I change the
width of the content area in the template, but it cuts
it shorter on the left and not the right.
Any ideas?

It was the border and margin on the content area that was
throwing it off. This is related to the problem with adding
padding/margins to columns--it throws off Caravel's width
calculation for now.
I fixed it (on the About Us template) by removing the margin
and border from the content area. (I think the (negative)
margin was just an attempt to work around this problem.)
The border didn't seem important since it was the same color
as the background.
I realize this is just a workaround. We need to find a
better solution for this width stuff.
