I've checked a new example into CVS, that illustrates a Perl controller
object instantiated in MainMenu.nib.
To support that, I've added some new code to the framework - a class
handler function and code to register it at startup. The class handler
function is called whenever the Objective-C runtime wants to create an
instance of a class that isn't yet registered. It's a "last chance" to
register the class and avoid a runtime error.
The CamelBones class handler will try to use() a Perl module with the
name of the class. The result is that a Perl class can be loaded and
registered automatically when it's needed by Cocoa.
