Version 2.6.1772 of the BZFlag Server GUI is now available. This version finally fixes (all the way) the bug that caused error messages to appear when starting BZFSGUI on certain Windows 2k/XP/2k3 installs. Also new is support for map cycling, by directory, and a few minor tweaks, optimizations, and fixes.
Version 2.5.1772 of the BZFlag Server GUI is now available. This version fixes bucketloads of bugs, some of them serious, and adds more error checking so things that aren't bugs, won't seem like they are. Also new is an NSIS-based installer (scripted by SGI) that cuts our release size by more than 50%, and looks cooler in the process.
Version 2.4.1772 of the BZFlag Server GUI is now available. This version introduces a cool new ban list control allowing dynamic insertion, deletion, and editing of banned IPs, and allowing the user to attach a comment to each banned IP. A number of bugs, some more serious than others, have been fixed, and error trapping has been improved, meaning that even when us developers have made a booboo, BZFSGUI won't crash.
Version 2.2.1771 of the BZFlag Server GUI is now available. This version adds support for almost all server options in the recently released BZFlag 1.7g2. Additionally, a number of bugs have been fixed.
Version 2.2.1771 of the BZFlag Server GUI is now available. This version introduces the capability to read from and write to the ".CONF" server configuration file format introduced in BZFlag 1.7g1. Also new is the ability to check for a new version of the BZFSGUI from the GUI itself. Additionally, a large number of bugs (some of which may have lead to crashes) have been fixed.
The CVS repository for BZFSGUI is now working. We'll try to keep it up to date. The module name is BZFSGUI (no surprises there). Revision 188.8.131.52 is just a copy of the 2.1.1771 sources, anything newer is what we've added to them so far for 2.2. This should make things easier...
Version 2.1.1771 of the BZFlag Server GUI is now available. Version 2.x introduces a completely rewritten 'Flags' tab and two new tabs, 'Compatibility', which lets you tell BZFSGUI what version of BZFlag you're running or autodetect it, and 'Post-launch' which lets you run the BZFlag client after the server is sucessfully launched and lets you specify exactly what you want the GUI to do after a launch (Close/minimize/ask) Version 2.1.1771 fixes several bugs in the version 2.0 beta.
