Read and respond to this message at: https://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=2587671 By: brlcad Well, you found this place which is a pretty good start (as there are many people listening). Another good place to find information on a myriad of topics is on the BZFlag Centrum Forums at http://bzbb.bzflag.org/. There people have asked just the same questions as you several times over. Unfortunately, the best site for finding such information is no longer alive -- but the information it held is being reorganized into a new site. Until that's ready, you'll find a little information here, a little there. On a Mac, you pretty much have to dive into Terminal and the unix-realm for anything beyond what the client will let you do already. That is, you'll have to use the command-line if you want to start a public server, use bzadmin, or even start bzflag with special options. You can read about more than you'd probably care to know by reading the manual pages: http://www.bzflag.bz/man/ On a Mac, those binaries are stashed into the BZFlag application bundle itself (see the bzbb forums for more details -- it's a topic that has come up many times). Best of luck on your learning, and don't hesitate to ask questions. Cheers! ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum.
