Been noticing a few problems with the radar & locking on to tanks with GM
One, when there are a group of enemy tanks off a distance and there is a team mate down beneath where you are, that team mate will throw off the ability to lock on to enemies on the other side of them. Before, on 2.0* you could lock on to different people off a distance with much more ease, cycling through potential targets. I might not be describing this the best way, but the radar will only let you lock on to one person until there is movement on the field and it lets you choose someone else, usually the tank closest to you.
Second, if you have a lock on somoene and that person picks up ST while you have that lock, you can still see the ST'd tanks movement as the radar 'outline' stays on screen and follows that around still. You can not fire a shot that will follow that tank, but it also throws off being able to lock on to different tanks
And lastly, when you fire away and get down to the last shot, when you fire that shot, you lose your lock on the tank and the shot is wasted. Before, in 2.0* the last shot would still track and follow its lock. Not in 2.4
