Well i guess, the screenshots are fine, but when I
recently downloaded the ByzantineOS and burned it as an
image. I thought everything was fine and the first error i
found : Can't find fsb
then a whole lot of errors saying something pid...
What's wrong it it? I've tried a dozen of live CDs but this
was wierd? And first time i found iso distribution in
compressed form?
Any suggestions for a successful boot?

If you are using v5.0, use Winzip to checkout. Then
magiciso to burn an cdr or cdrw.
Byzantine v5.0 is no longer in .gz compressed image.
In uncompressed image it is about 130 mb. This is so that
more development can be done easily, fixing bugs or adding
files. tgz image could be only one third of the size and
run faster.
Mozilla is great but many Java applets are rather simple.
Javascript will improve a lot better.
