I have a Revision 2 PCB and DScaler/BtWinCap use "LG TAPC-new (PAL)"/"LG PAL (TAPC series)" respectively to operate the tuner portion of my card. (Closest match DScaler or BtWinCap had to the tpi8psb12p was a tpi8psb11D, which wouldn't work on my card.)

TV Tuner Model: [035] - LG PAL (TAPC series)
TDA985A: No
Can Natively tune FM: No
Can't tune FM but try: Up to you :) (It does try, but you're better off turning on a real radio lol)
Found these out by trial and error, and I thought someone else out there might find this information useful.

* - This tuner is off a Rev:B1 PCB, according to http://pvrhw.goldfish.org/bttv/bttv-gallery.html (Bloody huge page, I downloaded an off-line copy and it comes in at around 33mb).
