Hi there,

I just updated to V11.24 but had to revert to 11.23. With 11.24, I yellow guru alerts, soemthing to do with memory, I think. The whole screen flasehes and any mosue movement is suspended until the guru has flashed off.

Discussion

  • Sorry, but you provided next to no useful information at all. Which OS version? Which MUI version? Which guru number? And finally which application exposes this alert?

Sorry, this is the 1st time I have done this.
OS3.9, MUI 3.8 Guru number went to quick but started 0100

      • That's still a quite weak information. Could you please try to get the full guru number? 0x0100xxxx simply means that the alert was raised by exec.library, but the really intersting part is missing.

Do you have the "select on feature" active? If yes, then please try to disable it and try again.

Ok, I`m sorry to have caused trouble. I have come across the error again but with BetterString 11.23. I think therefore, that the error is caused by Yam2.8 and I will report it there.
For info, the Guru code is: 0100 000C 600EBDF0
The Guru only appears with certain messages, which is why I thougfht it went away with BetterString11.23.
Once again, my apologies but this query can be closed.
