Paul, Not really as BRL-CAD can be adapted to pretty extreme environments. The= =20 hardware will just dictate how large of a geometry model you'll be able to= =20 work on, or whether you'll be able to have a graphical display, etc. In general, you'll want something nice and fast with a large display if=20 you're going to be working in mged or with rt a lot. For most tasks, any=20 hardware from the last decade should work just fine. Cheers!
