Brian Fitzpatrick and Ben Collins-Sussman gave another pretty good
tech talk this year about source software development entitled "The
Myth of the Genius Programmer" .
They talk about the natural tendency lots of folks have to code in
isolation, embracing openness in development, embracing failures
(while learning from them), becoming more effective programmers
through practice, and more. The talk is pretty insightful on human
behaviors, coding practices, and effective collaboration.
