facetize fails for file tstA.c. The other tstA*.c files are reduced
versions. Some correctly facetized and generated corresponding tstA*.f
files. It seems that tstarsLC0.s does not play well with others. It
facetizes OK by itself, but union in anything else and if
fails. tstA10.c and tstA11.c have tstarsLC0.s unioned with things that
do NOT EVEN TOUCH IT, and facetize fails! tstA12.c is tstA.c missing
only tstarsLC0.s, and it facetizes OK.

tstA11.c fails with: "Dangling faces detected after boolean.

tstA10.c fails and bombs: "Didn't find trapezoid to close!"

NOTE: tstarsLC0.s and tstarsLC1.s are ars primitives where the two
ends wraparound and touch each other. They are topological tori. Thus,
they each have several duplicated faces. I'm not sure if this is
causing a problem here, but I know that I will eventually have to
remove these particular faces.

  • I re-oriented my ars and removed the duplicated faces. There is NO longer a problem. facetize works just fine, no errors.
