#2 Sustain midi control doesn't work

The sustain midi control (the sustain pedal) doesn't
seem to work in any of the synthesizers. In some of
them (like the DX7 or the Rhodes) it would be very useful.

    That is true, it has never been implemented, and I do agree
    that it would be very useful. Depending on the master
    controller some will send the message, others will supress
    note-off events pending the foot controller.

    I may close this case - this should be part of another major
    development for GM support? GM or GM-2 requires that a
    significant number of controllers are recognised by a
    synthesiser.

    A resolution has been coded, it should be in the next
    upload. Current version -66 does not yet have this
    integrated. It is noted here that sustain triggers of CC
    #64, and soft remapping to another controller (by bristol)
    is not yet possible, it is pre-compiled. That will change in
    a future release.
