BrikWars Game Update 1.2.2.1

BrikWars is a strategy game where players can build custom toy armies from building blocks, and then battle against the computer or other players across a network.

Version 1.2.2.1 released today contains a number of graphics enhancements:
* Added many more minifig, weapons and construct models
* Much improved model shader that displays 3D models with smooth shading, self-shadowing and bump mapping
* Expanded default terrain and army files
* Improved look and feel of text boxes
* Added reflections and background to minifig and construct editors.
Scenario and Army files are backwards compatible with the previous version. Custom models will need to be re-imported with Model Utility.

BrikWars Game Update 1.2.2.0

In BrikWars, players can build custom toy armies from building blocks, and then battle against the computer or other players across a network.

Version 1.2.2.0 released today contains a number of patch & new functionality updates:
* Improved rendering of some models.
* Improved UI & keyboard controls.
* Improved random number generator.
* Improved AI, with computer now using constructs
* Various changes to constructs, including improved damage & game balancing, ability to label certain bricks as weapons/propulsion/armour subsystems and targeting/damage of individual components.

BrikWars Game Update 1.2.0.1

In BrikWars, players can build custom toy armies from building blocks, and then battle against the computer or other players across a network. Version 1.2.0.1 released today adds a model utility to allow players to import custom models directly from Ldraw, and adds support for vehicles. You can down create your own vehicle in ldraw, import the model into the game, define characteristics and then use the vehicles in both single player and multiplayer battles.

In BrikWars, players can build custom toy armies from building blocks, and then battle against the computer or other players across a network.

Version 1.1.0.2 released today is a patch to v1.1.0.1 with a large increase in rendering performance, particularly for larger maps.

BrikWars Game Update 1.1.0.1

In BrikWars, players can build custom toy armies from building blocks, and then battle against the computer or other players across a network. Latest version 1.1.0.1 released today updates the game to add a Scenario Editor that lets you build your own battle maps. You can create your own terrain, add objects to the battlefield and paint different textures on different areas. Once you've saved your map you can play battles against the computer or other players in multiplayer mode.

BrikWars strategy game - first playable version released!

1.0.0.1 is the first version you can download and play. As always, this is alpha software, so please make sure you backup anything important before you install. It will also install .Net and XNA runtime libraries which may effect existing applications that use either of these.
