I try to add a lane in a swimlane that has already other lane with task,
event, and so on.

When i do "drag and drop" the lane from the elements menu bar to the work
sheet, the application add me a new and separated swimlane.

I observe that if i delete all the sequence flow (arrow) that links elements
between the lane, i can add a new lane.

It's this a bug or i do something wrong?
