When operating on Mozilla bookmarks, the LAST_VISITED,
LAST_MODIFIED and ADD_DATE times are changed by BMB
0.70 (Windows) at each synchronisation run, apparently
without reason.

Diff-based verification of the changes in
bookmarks.xbel revealed that
probably the conversion algorithm between Unix time and
ISO time is
buggy: from one invocation of BMB to the next, each
timestamp in the
ISO time representation that is used in bookmarks.xbel
is put back by
exactly either one hour or two hours - giving me no
less than 2384 diffs in otherwise identical bookmarks
files...

It sounded neat and looked good on paper, but in reality, there's
no reason why BMB needs to bother trying to sync timestamps
between browsers. For the next version, the code will be
removed. BMB will still preserve timestamps within each
browser but not attempt to store them or merge them.
