I am getting the same error message even with seemingly correct entries after a proper Apache / MySQL / PHP setup.

Is there somewhere in the booking calendar configuration process that I left something out?

Would appreciate if someone, anyone, could shed some light.

Found out how to circumvent this problem -- Comment out the STRICT option in mySQL.ini

      # Set the SQL mode to strict
      # sql-mode="STRICT_TRANS_TABLES,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION"

Thanks to my good friend PV Anthony - anthony@mindmedia.com.sg for providing this information.
