I've been happily using Boa for several months now on WindowsXP. Now
I've finally installed another Linux distribution, ArkLinux, and added
wxPython and Boa. The first time I ran Boa, it worked fine. Since
then, whenever I give the command "python2.3 boa.py" (from within the
Boa directory), it says, "Can't open file boa.py." I'm a relative
newbie to Linux (I've been using it sporadically for a year now) as
as Python (5 months), so I don't really have any clue what's causing
problem. I can open other programs, e.g. PyCrust, without problem
the same syntax. Permissions seem okay. And I know the install must
have worked, since I ran Boa once. Can anyone offer any assistance?

Is the file a different case (i.e. Boa.py, not boa.py?)
Linux is case-sensitive, while WinXP is case-preserving but insensitive.
