For the text editor, it's useful to have options for
making the text area as large as possible. In
particular:
eliminating status bars
hide tabs
hide toolbars

For real die-hard text editing support:
hide menu and title bar [i.e. a full-screen mode]
font-size modifier controls (ratchet down the size
when wanting an overview, up when working on a smaller
section).

This is too much. I've agreed to Boa Constricted, but this is over the top!
I suppose making the toolbar optional is a possibility, maybe even the statusbar, but that's it. The Editor framework
can only be stretched so far.
