If you change the name property of a component in the
code view you mess up code generation not only for
that component (Paying for your mistake ;) ) but the
whole frame code. (It duplicates or triplicate or
more, if you persist to regen, every line of code)

I can reproduce problems when changing name attributes in
code view. (you shouldn't do that yet, see documentation)
but I can't reproduce the duplicate line problem you
reported(or maybe I even don't understand wht you mean
exactly). Please send me a little example-project to
    rboulanger@bluedynamics.com
    thanks in advice

Like Robert said, changing the generated source by hand is
not recommended. You may do it, and if you do it correctly,
then everything will work fine, but if you leave
inconsistencies in the generated code, bad things happen.
