License changed from GPL to LGPL

BlueWonder is a Framework to build all kinds of Content-Management-Systems. Its written in PHP5, supports different types of databases and comes with a XML-based Template-Engine. It will be served with a Workflow-Engine and a role-based access-control.

With release 0.7.0beta3 the BlueWonder-Group decided to change the License from GPL to LGPL. With this step, we want to open the project for developing commercial applications, but it's still possible to use this as free-software. See LGPL for more details.

Development of Reference-Implementation has been started

Today we've started to develop a reference-implementation of a cms based on BlueWonder Content-Management-Framework. The future releases of BlueWonder will contain the actuall state of this CMS. If the CMS is releaseable it will be separated from the framework and will downloadable from our sf-project-page. So stay tuned...

BlueWonder 0.7.0 Alpha3 released

BlueWonder is a Framework to build all kinds of Content-Management-Systems. Its written in PHP5, supports different types of databases and comes with a XML-based Template-Engine. It will be served with a Workflow-Engine and a role-based access-control.

This release contains the introduction of our new version-control-system.

Complete list of changes 0.7.0 (Alpha 3):
- fixed bug in blwModule: the value of the fields are set to Null after removing an entry of the module (David)
- removed deprecated destructor in blwModuleHelper (David)
- changed the constructor in blwModuleHelper to unified style "__construct(...)" (David)
- moved all constants to base/constants excepted these ones which depends to language-packs or to the configuration (David)
- added static method blwRandom::getNewValue(...) (David)
- rewrote blwRandom (David)
- fixed bug in blwModule::create(...): now checks correct for null or empty values (David)
- added Module blwVersionControlledModule with gives the ability to create version-controlled module-entries (David)

- logging

new caching-engine added

Today we added a new caching-engine to bluewonder, which results a massive performance increasement by 30% to 40%. This caching-engine will be added in the next release of BlueWonder, which is scheduled to the end of this week.

First public release of BlueWonder Version 0.7

The BlueWonder-Group is very proud the present you the first release of bluewonder cmf version 0.7. This release contains a lot of improvements and bug fixes. The most importent one is our new workflow-engine, which supports application-based and user-based workflows. So test it as much as you can and we hope to get a lot of feedback.

BlueWonder Users Guide 0.2.1 released

The BlueWonder Group proudly presents the first public release of the Users Guide. It's already written in german language, but we looking forward to find some translators.
The Users Guide is still very incomplete, but we hope it is a good introduction into the BlueWonder Content Management-Framework.

Pre-Alpha1 release scheduled for the first week of february

The first public release of the "BlueWonder"-Content-Management-Framework is now scheduled for the first week of february. It will be named as "Pre-Alpha1" and will be a ver early development-snapshot, so is not intented for any productional use. One week after the release, a road map for the "1.0"-release will be published. So stay tuned...
