Hi all, I got a lot of good work on the PianoRoll this weekend and it's just about done! Just a usability issue or two I want to finish up, as well as documenting it, but looks good for a release this week. ^_^ I'm pretty excited about all of this as I think it'll help me a lot in my own work and exploration of scales, and hopefully will help you all too in your own work, 12-TET or not. =) The latest screenshots for the PianoRoll (these are the ones being used in the documentation): http://www.kunstmusik.com/pianoRoll_notes.png http://www.kunstmusik.com/pianoRoll_notes_snap.png http://www.kunstmusik.com/pianoRoll_note_selected.png http://www.kunstmusik.com/pianoRoll_properties.png (The scale loaded is a bohlen-pierce equal-temperament; you'll notice 13 scale degrees per octave) Lots of things learned from building this will go back into other parts of the program, especially the main timeline (will push that work until the next release so that this one can go out). Later! steven ^_^ |
