#7 Problems with special characters

When I post special characters like an en dash "—"(alt-
0151), they post to my blog as question marks "?".
This also sometimes happens with apostrophes. So
instead of immediately posting, I have to post and go
to the Pyra form and change the question marks to the
proper characters.
