There would be two ways to add CXXFLAGS (prepend and append), which one would be more appropriate? You might even end up with non-compatible options... If someone wants to fiddle with other flags it is always possible to run configure in the following way configure --disable-cxx-flags-preset CXX=your_compiler CXXFLAGS=your_flags Cheers, Patrick |
