Please consider storing profile information under HKEY_CURRENT_USER instead of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Using HKLM prevents someone with normal user privileges from creating a profile.

HKLM could be used as before to store defaults for the machine. This change need not affect existing users but would help those of us who are doing our best to limit ourselves to using the Least-Privileged User Account.

Already done. Use the -hkcu option when you use the -install option to force Blat to store keys to HKCU.
