My ISP limits me to 50 emails per minute and 500 per hour. I send my newsletter as a pdf attachment to 250+-, so I plan to programmatically break the send file into 50-address pieces and create batch file to run Blat multiple times at 5 minute/ 50 minute increments as necessary using the AT command. All command line smtp programs I've found will only throttle if I want to send separate emails to each recipient. I don't want to.
Perhaps you could allow send variables:
- Max addressees per send
- Max sends per minute
- Max sends per hour
- Max sends per 24 hours

Then send the message as many times as required on a timer.
Thanks

I don't know which version you are using, but try the -maxNames and -delay options to give what you want. If your version does not support these two options, then download the latest version and try again.
