#166 Maximized window resize handling

Behaviour (212)

When i fully maximize a window and then use bbkeys
keybindings to resize it, the maximized icon on the
window title stays set. Using the mouse to resize the
window correctly un-sets the maximized icon.

When i maximize Vertically or Horizontally (using the
middle-mouse or right-mouse) and then use the keyboard
shortcuts or mouse to resize the window, the maximized
icon on the window title stays set. The only way to
un-set it is to click it explicitly.

part of the problem is detecting user requests versus
program requests. Another part of the problem is Blackbox
never used to care about a resize removing the maximize bit.

Specifically in the case of partial maximize (vertical or
horizontal) when should the maximize bit be toggled? If
both axes changes? Only the one maximized? Detecting that
    can be interesting.

I am not opposed to adjusting when the maximize state is
removed, but I am not currently clear on when the adjustment
    should be made.

Thank you for the feedback, perhaps you would like to
discuss this on the mailing list?
