Having a "Return to Top" (upward arrow as used in 'structure') icon after each HEADER (on the same line) would be fabulous.

Some pages get so long that this would be a welcome feature for ease of navigation.

    i've added a filter to take care of this. the filter is called 'Back to Top' and if you don't like the behaviour, you can easlily modify the source code to fit your needs, such as inserting an icon, changing the text, having it on every page without the {backtotop} call...

    Wow, thank you!

    So the {backtotop} goes at the top of any wiki page that you wish to use it on, with or without specifying the range of headers that you want it to feature beside?

    Where can I reference the teeny tiny icons that BW uses for Edit Wiki Book structure navigation ie move up, move left etc? The up arrow would be perfect as an icon for this.

    all the regular icons can be seen in: themes/icon_browser.php. i have changed the code to use the icon instead. if you want to use a different one, you can fill the 'iname' value with the icon name on line 45 of liberty/plugins/filter.backtotop.php

    it doesn't matter where you put the {backtotop}. can be anywhere on the page but it will apply to the entire page. if you only want to have one link to top at the bottom of the page, simply do:
    {backtotop min=10}
