[Bio-bwa-help] [bns_restore_core] Parse error reading ref.fasta.amb

Hello
Running "bwa aln" was successful, while running
 "bwa samse" have resulted this message:
"[bns_restore_core] Parse error reading ref.fasta.amb"
I have seen that other people have encountered the same problem before, but
I did not see any solution.
Was this this issue resolved?
