SQL Vulnerability in Guestbook

Yesterday a possible SQL vulnerability was found in the Guestbook module. Everybody using an older version is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to upgrade!

BIGACE 2.2 released!

The next version of the BIGACE Web CMS is there!

Most important changes:

- rewritten the Administration Framework and Menu
- fixed critical Bug when installing in a directory http://www.example.com/bigace/
- worked on IE7 compatibility
- enhanced Smarty integration
- added user-self-registration
- install Extensions by uploading a ZIP

BIGACE 2.1 released - with Smarty integration!

The next version is there!

BIGACE 2.1 comes with some important Bugfixes, but the most important change to be mentioned is the Template engine!

With 2.1 it is now possible to change between the old-style Template engine "PHP Files" and the new way: The "Smarty Template Engine".

Smarty is fully integrated into the Administration:

Test the brand new BIGACE 1.9 Alpha

The brand new BIGACE 1.9 Alpha was released a couple of days ago.
We redesigned the Installation and made it even easier for non-technical-user to install and administrate.

The Development migrated successful to the SF CVS.
Main structure was setted up and an Ant build.xml was introduced for easier development.

Modul RSS Newsfeed Reader released

The RSS Newsfeed Reader comes as a Modul Update and provides a Frontend logic to show a simple named List of all configured RSS Feeds to the End-User.
If it will be configured for a Menu, it is shown instead of the Pages Content.

The End-User can choose one of the Feeds and will see the parsed Output. Feeds will be cached because of performance issues. The Look of the rendered News could be changed by editing the Modul.... read more
