I have a java daemon process running with lots of Objects and methods I
want to call from bsh scripts on the cmd line. But these scripts must
connect to the running VM.
java server &
where talkToServer.bsh is something like
#!/usr/bin/java bsh.Remote bsh://localhost:1234
But this doesn=92t work for two reasons:
1. The line "#!/usr/bin/java bsh.Remote bsh://localhost:1234"; returns
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: bsh/Remote
Does anyone know how to pass args correctly here ...?
2. the bsh.Remote doesn't work
Neither java bsh.Remote bsh://localhost:1235 script.bsh=20
java bsh.Remote http://localhost:1234 script.bsh
appear to work.
I am running bsh-1.2b7, and noticed that the code for bsh.Remote.doBsh()
I'd really appreciate any tips from other users out there. Is anyone
trying to solve the same problem ? =20

Sorry, that missing functionality is in the 1.3 branch of CVS.
I've been delayed a bit, but that code is ready for a release.
