Method selection doesn't catch when selections with null arguments are ambiguous... instead it pushes selection to the most derived match.

    This is a VERY annoying issue... something as simple as
    these examples will throw a NullPointerException. bsh is
    calling String.valueOf( byte[] ) instead of String.valueOf(
    Object ).

    Object x = null;
    String str = String.valueOf( x );
