#22 Keep desk icons where they are placed by user

Retain icon positions on desktop. Desk icons are just as useful as a dock if they remain where put. Obviously, align to grid would then be useful.

Thanks for this. Recently found that using them was very convenient. As for being as useful as a dock, maybe a bit of hyperbole there. I never use docks.
