#7 dynamic permissions script for /dev/bb-*

This file '10-blackberry.perms' goes into:

/etc/security/console.perms.d/

It will dynamically give ownership of the /dev/bb-* (well, the target of those symlinks) to the logged in console or xconsole user. The idea was taken from this page:

Search for 'New alternative'.

This script works in conjunction with a patched 10-blackberry.rules for /etc/udev/rules.d/ about to be uploaded that has better 0x0004 support for symlinks.
