#173 Room but not page published error

hey darcy,

this is weird, because I thought this worked, but the
problem is that if I have a room inside a room (both
are published), and there is a single page in that
sub-room (not published), the sub-room shows up on the
nav in Browse mode, but when you click on it, it gets
caught up in an infinite redirection loop. Ideally the
sub-room just shouldn't show up on the nav unless the
page within it is also published.
