Is LZO expected to work under Windows? If not, what would be required to implement it?
Assuming it's not implemented in the windows build yet, when I try it I don't seem to get any error, just:

No, the LZO library is not cross compiled.

I am not 100% sure of the exact steps because Eric Bollengier integrated
the community contribution into the code. Eric did the work to put it
into the Enterprise Windows version, but we just haven't had the time to
get back to add it to the community Windows version.
I believe the steps are:
1. Download and integrate the LZO code to build in the Windows
2. Define the HAVE_LZO in the src/win32/compat/mingwconfig.h file.
3. Modify the installer scripts to include it as required.
You are free to implement it, or backport the Enterprise implementation if

That is probably an oversight of the original developer. Feel free to
