I think a reasonable feature request would be to change BackupPC_Admin
so that it will say somewhere on these empty screens (not really
empty, just lacking the wanted information) to the effect that the
information could not be displayed because the "currently logged in
user" (even though the server might never ask you to log in) does not
have permissions to view the information and offers the user the
advice to log in. This should guide people into investigating
permissions on the web server side, versus assuming instantly that
BackupPC_Admin is broken (since the screen shows up, but without any
