Hello,

I'm not sure if this has been submitted by anyone

yet, but I have made changes to the 6.5 release that
enable easier navigation of the "Daily" reports that
this release is able to generate.

I had to make a couple of modifications to

allow "Daily" processing in batch, and to present a
Daily "Pull-Down" to users via the web interface that
was smart enough to only present valid days to choose
from where data was availble.

I made a "Daily" and "Monthly" version of the

awstats_buildstaticpages.pl and awstats.pl files to
make the seperation of "Jobs" easier to manage.

Within my "AWStats directory structure I created

a "Daily" and "Monthly" sub-dir where these files live.

The processes I put together are in .vbs and then

call the .pl files as needed.

I made my .vbs script drop copies of my .conf

files for each "web" I processed into the proper
directory so the .pl files would have the .conf files
in the same location.

I put together a .asp front-end that reads and

presents all finished reports for easy navigation and
viewing. It passes a cookie that awstats.pl reads to
determine what "day" to present.

I am uploading the mod code from the awstats.pl file
that has the "daily" drop-down modification, but I
have also modified the awstats_buildstaticpages.pl
file to enable "-databasebreak=day" functionality in
the "daily" job.
