I am tracking the downloads of a PDF we have linked to, and AWStats shows me the total for each month, but I need to see daily reports to know when it peeked i.e. what did we do on that day to give the download a boost.
How do I get a daily look at the past downloads?
Did you try AWStats-Option -databasebreak=day ?
Where would i find/use this option?
My URL is:
...and this is how I view the downloads, but I want to see it one day at a time, not monthly.
Your help would be very much appreciated. I believe the above URL can be altered to show the results I need using the excerpt you have mentioned, but I do not know where I place this in the URL to do this.
You may want to have a look at http://sourceforge.net/p/awstats/discussion/43428/thread/6cc146a7#bbc1
Jean-Luc explains this topic in more detail there. I never called awstats using an URL, so I don't know how to use this feature this way. -databasebreak=day is a command line option and I assume you can use this in an URL in the form &databasebreak=day.
