SLOT macro prepends "1" to function name and consequently we get error
about missing method in python extension:
QMetaObject::invokeMethod: No such method
Avogadro::PythonExtension::1paint(GLWidget*)

Removing the overlay engine

It has issues leaking GL state, and is not in a finished state. This can
be brought back if there is further motivation in the future.

We can't perceive chains from the engine

This will break other things such as the orbitals extension. We must
perceive these chains at a point when changes can be made, ideally
adding the residues to the molecule rather than setting the entire
molecule. This fixes a segfault when loading molecules with ortbial data
when the cartoon engine is enabled (even if no biomolecule backbone is
present).

Fix "rogue" slab atoms bug.

Adds a small amount of floating-point slop
to comparisons when comparing atoms at
unit cell boundaries. Fixes the "rogue atom"
bug where edges of the slab weren't always
uniform.

For some reason, the readMolecule sometimes
returns NULL. Instead of crashing, fail gracefully.

Make the dialogs unparented to prevent segfalt

I was seeing segfaults on exit. The dialog should either have no parent,
or the deleteLater calls should be removed (allowing the parent to
delete it in its destructor).

Add a slab builder extension.

Generates a slab/surface with arbitrary Miller plane,
including producing a supercell beforehand.
Generates lattice vectors for the surface.

Restore the old behavior for initial camera

This restores our previous behavior for empty molecules of providing a
reasonable initial camera to draw a new molecule. The approach using the
normal did not provide a good starting point.
