I'm using MeGUI to overlay my subtitles on mkv videos (that also have embedded default subtitles).

I read the video source with DirectShowSource command, then TextSub my srt file on the video.

The problem is that the output video has two subtitles, mine over the default one.

Is there a command to ignore the default embedded subtitles for my case?

DirectShowSource() builds a default Direct Show graph to extract the video frame data. You can provide a custom graph as a .grf file, but this still only uses default property values for the graph elements. You will need to set the default attributes for your Direct Show environment to NOT render subtitles on the effected mkv videos for the duration of your MeGUI sessions.
