#19 Patch to support SSL connection to remote host hourly backup

I just encountered this backup script and while it works fine, I missed two features. The first one was being able to use SSL for the connection to the remote host. The second one was being able to make hourly backups.

The attached patch fixes these things. An option SECURECOMM is added, and when set to YES it adds --ssl to the mysqldump options, thus securing the connection.

It also adds a DODAILY setting which determines the hour at which the daily backup is made, while on every hour an hourly backup is made and stored.

Summary:
- Every hour and hourly backup is made
- If the current hour is the hour set in DODAILY, the hourly backup is hard linked to be the daily backup
- If the current hour is the hour set in DODAILY AND the current day is the day set in DOWEEKLY, the hourly backup is hard linked to be the weekly backup
