I'm using CodeWarrior 6.2 on Mac OS 9. I have no plans to upgrade since I don't use CodeWarrior with Mac OS X anymore, I just use the command-line tools. You should probably have no trouble importing my CodeWarrior 6 project files (.mcp). On the Mac, you must use wxWindows 2.3.3 - it wasn't stable enough before then. The latest 1.1 will not build out of the box on Mac OS 9 because I haven't checked in any changes to the project files in a while. However, version 1.0 should still be up-to-date, so you can compile that if you want. And I'll update 1.1 as soon as I have a chance. - Dominic > > With Vc7, I have successfully built wxWindows 2.3.3 and some demos using > the supplied Vc projects (with some tweaking). > > With Vc7, I have been unsuccessful in building Audacity 1.0.0 using the > supplied Vc projects (project settings updated correctly) due to compile > errors. > > With Cw8.2, I have been unsuccessful in building wxWindows 2.3.3 (used > the applescripts to create the Cw projects) due to compile errors. > > Have others been successful in using Vc7 and Cw8.2 to build wxWindows > and Audacity (any versions)? > > Thanks for any help, Eric Huffman > > mailto:ehu...@ac... > |
