[Audacity-translation] czech translation

Hi,

Thanks to developers for such a nice program, like Audacity is.

I just made - finished the Czech (CS) translation of "audacity.pot" file.
I tested it with windows and linux version 1.1.3. Of course it is first 
translation version and there are some inaccuracies.

So, please send me information where and how I should to upload
it. And how to manage future versions of translation.
