My 2c worth. +1 - and I'd also like to see 1.3 placed above 1.2 on the Forum index page. I have been using 1.3.12 and 1.3.13 Alphas on both my XP machines for a while now and find them far superior on XP to 1.2 - more stable, more functionally rich, better documented. I have not even encountered the moonphase bug, whereby timed recordings extend beyond the pre-set termination time, for a long while now. And 1.3.13-RC3 finally restored the functional use of the output slider for me. Apart from any other consideration, steering people from 1.2.6 to 1.3.13 should make for fewer people who unwittingly "lose" their projects with the "faster" import setting in their preferences - as with 1.3.13 they will get the new "warning message" withe the pre-set to "safer". I've just had to deal with yet another one of these on the 1.2 Forum this morning. Peter. On the download page I'd like, sometime before 2.0, to also be relegating 1.2 Series to 'legacy status' along with 1.0.0. We've been chipping away at the barriers to adopting 1.3.x for a long long time, and other than Bug 137, I am now unclear as to what the advantages of 1.2.6 are. 1.2 can't be relegated while there are strong reasons why we would recommend it over 1.3.x for XP. What are the top three remaining reasons?
