Why would you want to cycle round ALL main windows and modeless dialogs, rather that the current main window and modeless dialogs? I'm unclear on what's considered to be best practice on windows for this sort of thing, where you've got modeless dialogs. Some time ago, in the msdn documentation there where clear guidelines for the keyboard navigation of all the types of controls, but they seem to have disappeared from the current documentation.
