It's a common request that Audacity has a "Favourite Plug-ins"
or "Favourite Effects" folder (which could contain built-in effects
or plug-ins) but no - this isn't possible yet.
You could rename the Audacity "Plug-Ins" folder to something
Audacity won't see, like "Unwanted Plug-Ins" then create a new
"Plug-Ins" folder that only contains your five plug-ins. These
would then be the only plug-ins that appear underneath the
divider in the Effect Menu, assuming you have no VST or other
plug-ins in system locations.
Alternatively, go to the Keyboard Preferences and add shortcuts
for the five plug-ins you want (you can add shortcuts for
built-in plug-ins too). This requires Audacity 2.0.1 or later:
Or you can create a "Chain" which contains these five effects at
specific parameters (if the effect has parameters) then apply the
Chain to the project:
Chains are not available in obsolete 1.2 versions of Audacity.
