Al, I expect your goal in that suggestion is to reduce length of
discussion and resolve votes faster, but I'm not sure the rule would
actually do that. Generally, I prefer we not get so formal and strict.
Anyway, if we do institute such a rule, it would need to be stated at
the start of every "vote thread" so people would be reminded of the
rule, and noobs to the list would be alerted.
