We'd be happy to help...in what way doesn't it work?
Audacity lets you select which device to use for input and which
for output. However, all other settings are controlled by your
operating system. So if your input or output volumes are wrong,
or if it's trying to record from the wrong device, open the
Mixer and adjust the settings there before using Audacity.
(In Windows, look in the Start Menu under Accessories, or
right-click on the volume control in your task bar tray.)
